Privacy Policy

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address and any note, plus what you ordered.
• When you use “Will it fit?” or the installation form: your car’s make, model and year, and your message. The form then opens WhatsApp; what you send there is a normal WhatsApp chat with us.
• When you browse: which pages are viewed, the site you came from and the language. Our own statistics don’t store your IP address and don’t set a cookie.
• When you email us or message us on WhatsApp: what you send.

Why we use it

• To confirm your order with you, deliver it and handle warranty claims.
• To answer your fit and installation questions.
• To see which pages and products people look at, and improve the site.
• To measure our Facebook and Instagram ads (see “Meta” below).

We don’t sell your data.

Who sees it

• Our staff.
• Uniparcel, our delivery company: your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram): see below.
• Telegram: our staff get order and enquiry alerts through Telegram, and a nightly backup copy of the site’s data is stored there.
• Zoho: our email provider, for emails you send us.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure our ads and show more relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta receives the pages you visit, the products you view or add to the cart, your IP address and browser details, Meta’s own cookies (_fbp, _fbc) when present, and, when you place an order, the order value and your phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form.

Meta’s use of this data is covered by Meta’s own privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings and in your browser’s cookie settings.

Cookies

• A session cookie for your cart, your order confirmation and form security. It expires after 14 days.
• “lang” and “theme”: remember your language and your light or dark choice for one year.
• Meta’s cookies, described above.

How long we keep it

We keep orders as long as we need them for delivery, warranty and our business records. Nightly backups are kept for 30 days. Enquiries and page statistics stay in our records.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and the admin area is password-protected. We don’t take card payments online: you pay in cash.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data: WhatsApp +961 81 571 320 or info@basspoweraudio.com. We may have to keep some order records the law requires us to keep.

We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
