Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to orders placed on basspoweraudio.com and through our WhatsApp. Bass Power is operated by NOVAQ Technologies, Street Nahr, Bourj Hammoud, Metn, Lebanon.

Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars.
- Payment is cash in USD only, on delivery or at the shop. We don’t accept cards.
- Prices can change. You pay the price shown when you place your order.
Orders
- After you order, we call or message you to confirm before it ships.
- If a product turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown wrongly, we tell you and you can change or cancel the order.
Delivery
- Uniparcel delivers anywhere in Lebanon for a flat $5.
- You pay the driver the order total in cash.
Warranty and returns
- Original products: 1-year warranty against factory faults, claimed at the shop. It doesn’t cover damage or misuse.
- Other products: checked before sale. A delivered order that doesn’t power on or arrives damaged is replaced within 3 days of delivery (replacement, no refund). No coverage after 3 days.
- No change-of-mind returns.
Installation
- Installation is at our shop, from $20. The final price depends on the car and the job.
- You can wait or leave the car with us.
Fit and product information
- Not every product fits every car. If you’re not sure, use “Will it fit?” or message us before you order.
- Photos and specs come from the manufacturers and our own photos; small differences can occur.
Law
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
