Genuine: Genuine-branded products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Bring it to the shop and we'll sort it out — no need to contact the distributor.

Unbranded: Value-tier products are covered for 3 days after delivery if they arrive not powering on or damaged in shipping (replacement only). In-store purchases are inspected before sale, so this window doesn't apply, and there's no coverage after the 3 days.
